Policy and Commitment
  To practice corporate social responsibility and achieve the goal of corporate sustainable management, ProMOS set up the policy of corporate social responsibility as the following that is committed as the executive principle

    Conflict Minerals Policy
      ProMOS Technologies Inc. ("ProMOS") endorses the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct (EICC) in 2008, which is the standard of social responsibility in electronic industries. Furthermore, ProMOS support the DRC (Democratic Republic of the Congo) Conflict Free Policy in 2011 in order to put more effort into achieving corporate social responsibility.
    As a member of the electronics industry supply chain, the aim of ProMOS is to protect the rights and interests of the customers, to meet the corporate social responsibility and to respect the human rights. Besides, ProMOS keep on concerning conflict minerals issue and will take due diligence within our supply chain to assure the metals sources.
    ProMOS hereby makes following commitments:
    1. Not support using the metals, including but not limited to, cobalt (Co), gold (Au), palladium (Pd), tantalum (Ta),tin (Sn) and tungsten (W) sourced from Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and its neighboring countries , and request our suppliers to refuse to use conflict metals from the conflict regions and present a signed letter of commitment to ProMOS.
    2. Request suppliers to notify their upstream suppliers of such requirements.
       
    Management System
      Build corporate social responsibility and ethic management system; coordinate the management review meeting regularly to set up internal directors and employee's awareness of corporate social responsibility. And insure that company can meet the commitment to the corporate social responsibility by this management system.
       
    Employee
      Abiding by the labor law and make sure employee's working condition meets the law. Emphasizing on the issue of employee human rights, coordinating Labor-management Committee and Employee Welfare Committee regularly and announcing the channel of employee prosecution.
       
    Safety, Health and Environmental Protection
      Participate in pollution prevention and resource reduction continuously and response to the movement of green environmental protection and zero-accident. Build ESH management system and set up ESH committee to enhance risk management and monitor environmental safety health management. Improve environmental safety and health performance to achieve the goal of corporate sustainable management.
       
    Cooperate Citizen
      Active devotion to community activities, more various, extensively and deeper participation in public affairs to reach cooperate citizen role. By the community public activity and education hope to play active citizen stirred up social responsibility.
